I was selling my parents property and am not from this area. I needed someone with a plan and an understanding of my inability to be there.
I called Frank Donley based on a recommendation from a acquittance. After Frank heard my concerns about living three hours away, he set up an appointment that same day. Frank was completely prepared with everything that needed to be reviewed. Frank had all the pertinent information on the property. Frank explained his aggressive process for selling the property. Frank then presented me with a price he felt the property would sell for. The price that Frank quoted was more than I was expecting and we finally received 10K over that. We received four offers within 48 hours. Very impressive indeed!

I would recommend Frank to everyone looking to sell a home.
I previously had my home up beginning of last year. It was not getting a lot of attention advertising was mostly local.
I sihned with Frank Remax Realty and photos taken, then Thursday afternoon it was on MLS.
My phone started to pinging texts to come see it.
We had appts scheduled ever half to an hour over the weekend.
By Sunday nite when Frank called. I said unbelievable where people had come from.
All outside of our area.
Then he said we have multiple offers 5.
So in 3 days he had done so much no more
Appts needed WOW!!!
He guided me thru all Paperwork.
He was incredible.
We are in escrow.

Frank was extremely knowledgeable about the process and very helpful in all aspects of the sale of our home. He went above and beyond to check on the property because I was away when it was listed and kept me apprised of everything that was going on. He knows the market trends and helped me get the absolute best deal possible. I felt the listing price was too low and he convinced me to trust him. We ended up getting $35,000 over the list price and thankfully the appraisal came in right where it needed to!
