Frank Gamez was fantastic in handling the sale of my home. He was with me throughout, answering all of my many questions and guiding me through the whole process. He was always very quick to respond and so helpful. He made recommendations for a few upgrades which in the end helped sell my home for so much more than we initially discussed. I wouldn't consider any other Realtor if you want a stress free selling/buying experience and someone who will go out of their way to make sure you get the best deal!

He took the time to explain details about the properties, such as the quality of materials, workmanship, and home maintenance. Frank didn't apply any pressure. I was paired up with Frank as my real estate agent from a property connection posted on Realtor.com. I can honestly say I could not be happier with, and more impressed by, the work of Frank to help me in the purchase of my first home. I was in the process of joining the military and PCS to Bethesda, MD when I was first put in contact with Frank. He was responsive and helpful to all of my requests as I attempted to purchase my first home sight unseen from Colorado. He visited several properties and spent considerable time investigating the market to look for potential buys. He was incredibly understanding of the unique aspects of my situation and accommodating to all of my needs. Being a first time home buyer, he was also very willing to explain the process every step of the way. After we had zeroed in on my first property of interest he was poignant in ensuring all aspects of the contract were put together in a timely manner. Unfortunately this property fell through due to my inability to secure VA financing, but Frank was extremely helpful throughout that process. Several weeks later we were able to close on another property and Frank even took the time to pick me up from the airport to drive to our closing appointment. His attentiveness and responsiveness provide good reason for his ranking as one of the most successful and sought after agents in the area. I absolutely recommend Frank to anyone in search of a home in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.

TLDR: Frank's extensive knowledge of the Maryland area and upbeat attitude allowed us to buy our home with ease. Get Frank to find your next home!

As a new family in the Maryland/DC area, we were clueless on where to start our house hunt. We are also first time homebuyers so we knew nothing about houses or the process of buying a home. Frank helped us understand the various price points of different neighborhoods and showed us gorgeous homes within our budget. At all the home tours, he pointed out details that we would never have noticed and gave us ideas on what we could do to personalize the home. Once we found THE ONE, we jumped on it and began the crazy home buying process! Frank helped us make an offer all while he was on vacation in another country! He walked us through what we could expect and hooked us up with his great contacts. He kept us in the loop and was always a phone call, text or email away. We never felt silly when we asked what I'm sure were dumb questions. Eventually, we reached the final stretch closed on a happy note. It was a great journey and we would not have found our perfect home without Frank.
