I had the pleasure of working with Frank to purchase a townhouse in 2015 for our daughter who was attending USC and then again in early 2019 when we were ready to sell it. From beginning to end Frank went over and above any other agent I have ever worked with. (As a past agent myself, I have worked with plenty). As an out-of-state purchaser and seller, Frank took the local lead to find, schedule, and meet any local vendors that were needed for each transaction. He did all of this promptly, professionally, and within my budget. On top of all this, he is just a guinely nice guy! He's one of the main things I will miss about Columbia!
