James & Khdija S: Frank is very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and honest! Over the course of just a couple of months, he's gone from a realtor to a friend. Often, it seemed as though he was also buying the house with us, he would check the furnace, air conditioning units, foundation etc... to insure all looked good, he gave a mini inspection at every single house which we are very grateful for. Frank is also a completely no pressure realtor, we never felt pressured to make an offer. He always gave us his honest and unbiased opinion (when we asked, which we did all the time). We have worked with a few realtors in the past and no one holds a candle to Frank.

He truly went above and beyond scheduling visits for different houses, and when we singled in on our the home we now own, Frank researched competitive prices in the area, and a complete history of the home. He was present for our inspection, and offered to recommend different ways to help us fix certain issues in our house.
