Frank Lopez is an awesome realtor. He was on top of sending us houses for sale in our price range and in the area we wanted to live in. We saw a house we wanted to look at and he got us an appointment that same day. We went to look at the house within a couple hours, put in our offer and had the papers signed all in the same day. He was very helpful with the whole process…walked us through everything step by step and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. Frank is a great realtor and person all around. I would def recommend him to anyone I know.

Frank helped me sell another one of my homes March 2022. As before he gave me all the right advice to get the house sold quickly. He listed the house there was a snowstorm the next day and we had multiple offers the following day. I would recommend Frank Lopez in a heat beat. He told me that he planned on having my house sold in a week no matter the condition from the first day on the market and he came through. He actually was on vacation out of the country and still managed to get it sold. I’m not a reviewer but felt the need to leave a review for Frank Lopez because for many people this process can be an overwhelming experience.
Frank made the process quite stress free, which I feel goes under appreciated as there is so much that goes on with proper forms, negotiations, laws, responsibilities, finding the right buyer, marketing, etc.
I’ve sold my own home many, many years ago and am grateful that I chose Frank Lopez as my agent this time around. I didn’t have to worry about anything as Frank handled it all. The burden and responsibility of selling on your own isn’t worth the dollars saved by not using an agent (so long as it’s Frank Lopez 😁).
Do yourself a humongous favor when you want to sell or buy a home...contact Frank Lopez. He’s a well experienced professional and will take the stress off of you during the process. He has your best interest in mind.

When I met Frank Lopez for the first time I knew he was the realtor for me. I had interviewed other realtors and no one could compare. Once my house went on the market, he was able to sell it in less than 24 hours. He was extremely helpful through the whole process of selling my home and buying a new one. For instance, his recommendation for a mortgage broker saved us a lot of money compared to the company we were initially pre-qualified with. The closing was also very quick and smooth. After trying three other agents and getting no response; I tried Frank based off his great reviews. With in fifteen minutes I got a call back. From there we were off and running. As a first time home buyer I was totally clueless about the process of buying a home. Frank led me through the process and I am very pleased with my new home. He negotiated on my behalf for things that were wrong with the house, he helped me negotiate a new stove and refrigerator from the buyers, and was available when I had any questions. What struck me the most about Frank was his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend him because he is also very patient. I recall calling him so many times and not once was he annoyed by my ridiculous questions. Last but not least, what was most memorable about my experience was when I first contacted him about my house and we looked at it and shortly after the house was no longer available. I was really bummed and decided to move on. One Saturday I was looking online and the house came back on the market that day and not even a minute after I saw it re listed he called me to let me know it was available again! It wasn't an easy find as our price range isn't as high as we'd like and my husband is extremely particular. This didn't phase Frank one bit. His patience were amazing and he never gave up on us. He negotiated on my behalf for things that were wrong with the house, he helped me negotiate a new stove and refrigerator from the buyers, and was available when I had any questions. What struck me the most about Frank was his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend him because he is also very patient. I recall calling him so many times and not once was he annoyed by my ridiculous questions. Last but not least, what was most memorable about my experience was when I first contacted him about my house and we looked at it and shortly after the house was no longer available. He was very quick in responding to all my texts, phone calls and emails concerning questions and/or concerns about a property that he showed. If he didn't know an answer he found it out for me. He listened to what I wanted in a home. He was willing to show me as many homes I wanted to see before I found the one that fit my needs. I never felt him trying to convince me to buy a house that I didn't like. The actual closing went very well since he was on top of all the required paperwork and helped me walk through what was required on my part. I would definitely use his expertise/skills again and would refer him to my friends.

09/21/2015 - steve c jones89 We were first time home buyers and Frank was the first realtor we reached out to view homes. Frank helped explain the process in a manner that we could understand. He answered every question and was patience working around our schedules and offered advice and tips at every house viewing. My wife and I didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a quick purchase. Frank always said that when you find it you will know. He would block out almost entire days for us to view homes. We were very satisfied to have him as our realtor and be able to learn from his experience. He help streamline the entire process, but again explained everything to us so we could understand. 02/18/2014 - Chheang Yang Frank and I worked on bidding for homes for a few months. He kept close contact with me and executed bids immediately. He knew the areas I wanted to buy in and had great insights into what was going on in those areas. He suggested new areas to look at and we bidded a few. It took us a few tries, but we won a home within a few months and now we're looking for more! Great service and knows what he's doing.
