Frank helped me sell another one of my homes March 2022. As before he gave me all the right advice to get the house sold quickly. He listed the house there was a snowstorm the next day and we had multiple offers the following day. There was an issue right before closing and thankfully Frank handled that otherwise it would’ve caused that much stress on myself that I didn’t need. I would recommend Frank Lopez in a heat beat. He told me that he planned on having my house sold in a week no matter the condition from the first day on the market and he came through. He actually was on vacation out of the country and still managed to get it sold. I’m not a reviewer but felt the need to leave a review for Frank Lopez because for many people this process can be an overwhelming experience.
Frank made the process quite stress free, which I feel goes under appreciated as there is so much that goes on with proper forms, negotiations, laws, responsibilities, finding the right buyer, marketing, etc.
I’ve sold my own home many, many years ago and am grateful that I chose Frank Lopez as my agent this time around. I didn’t have to worry about anything as Frank handled it all. The burden and responsibility of selling on your own isn’t worth the dollars saved by not using an agent (so long as it’s Frank Lopez 😁).
Do yourself a humongous favor when you want to sell or buy a home...contact Frank Lopez. He’s a well experienced professional and will take the stress off of you during the process. He has your best interest in mind.

When I met Frank Lopez for the first time I knew he was the realtor for me. I had interviewed other realtors and no one could compare. For instance, his recommendation for a mortgage broker saved us a lot of money compared to the company we were initially pre-qualified with. The closing was also very quick and smooth. As a first time home buyer I was totally clueless about the process of buying a home. Frank led me through the process and I am very pleased with my new home. He negotiated on my behalf for things that were wrong with the house, he helped me negotiate a new stove and refrigerator from the buyers, and was available when I had any questions. What struck me the most about Frank was his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend him because he is also very patient. I recall calling him so many times and not once was he annoyed by my ridiculous questions. Last but not least, what was most memorable about my experience was when I first contacted him about my house and we looked at it and shortly after the house was no longer available. I was really bummed and decided to move on. One Saturday I was looking online and the house came back on the market that day and not even a minute after I saw it re listed he called me to let me know it was available again! After trying three other agents and getting no response; I tried Frank based off his great reviews. With in fifteen minutes I got a call back. From there we were off and running. He kept me constantly updated on available properties within our price range. When I finally had a chance; we spent nearly all afternoon looking at numerous properties. Once I choose a home and wanted to walk through it again, we immediately went to look at it. During the closing Frank always kept me up to date throughout the process and was available. And now even a month after our closing he is still answers emails and calls in timely manner. The guy is top notch and I am very glad to have found him as an agent.

He negotiated on my behalf for things that were wrong with the house, he helped me negotiate a new stove and refrigerator from the buyers, and was available when I had any questions. 02/18/2014 - Chheang Yang Frank and I worked on bidding for homes for a few months. He kept close contact with me and executed bids immediately. He knew the areas I wanted to buy in and had great insights into what was going on in those areas. He suggested new areas to look at and we bidded a few. It took us a few tries, but we won a home within a few months and now we're looking for more! Great service and knows what he's doing.
