PRINCIPAL BROKER

Frank formed Market Realty with 13 years of industry experience. He has held previous project management positions in retail banking with IBM and General Electric. He began his real estate career at F.C. Tucker/Huber Commercial Real Estate Services in Evansville, IN. His accounting, finance, and computer background is of great assistance to our clients as he aids them in evaluating business investments and managing commercial projects.

Frank holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and is active at the University of Southern Indiana where he teaches MBA courses in Marketing Research and Economics.

Active in civic organizations, Frank is an active member of Leadership Evansville, serves as a Board member of several local charities, and is a past State Delegate, Parish Council President, United Way Vice President, Assistant Scout Master and Eagle Scout.

Frank is married to Michelle K. Peterlin who assists him as a commercial real estate associate. She is a past Assistant Director of the New Harmony Gallery of Contemporary Art.
