Frank Quinn

Frank Quinn is a native to Sunnyvale and a longtime resident of both Los Gatos and Saratoga. Frank has been working in Silicon Valley's real estate since 2002, after helping as a founding member of several highly successful high-tech startups in various Business Development roles.

Frank has consistently won Top Performer recognition awards. San Jose Magazine recognized Frank as a top 5% performer when measured among Bay Area Realtors. Frank is also a verified member of the Top Agent Network (TAN), providing inside knowledge to the many off-market opportunities shared among other TAN agents. Frank's business experience, connections, familiarity with the area, contributed to his success and wonderful reputation as easy to work with and effective at getting clients Top Dollar for their house.

Frank prides himself as an effective negotiator during contract discussions, having a wealth of knowledge for the best home preparation techniques and marketing tools, continually exceeding client's expectations.

Frank grew up in Sunnyvale before moving to Los Gatos and later Saratoga before returning full circle to Sunnyvale. Frank's two kids attended Los Gatos public schools, which have given him firsthand knowledge and experience with local schools, and of course Frank's own history attending Sunnyvale schools. Frank has lived in Sunnyvale since 1963 and over 18 years in the Los Gatos/Saratoga community.
