Frank is a truly amazing realtor! My fiancé and I had been looking for a home on and off for a year. We were starting to give up hope that we would find something during these hard times in the housing market, and were thinking about continuing our rental. This is when my mom stepped in to find us a realtor that could help. We got connected with frank via my mom Elaine Ceccacci who also works for eXp Realty in Savannah, Georgia (she is also an incredible and caring realtor!). She mentioned to me that she recommended Frank for us, because he was the only realtor (out of many) to personally send my mom an email/text asking about our situation. Everyone else just sent the automated responses like usual, and we wanted someone who actually cared and not someone lazy and unmotivated. Once Frank began working with us we knew that he would help us find our home. He was so hardworking at finding homes that fit not only our budget but also our wants/needs. He also was very thorough explaining everything in detail, which was great for us because my fiancé and I were first time home buyers and didn’t really have a clue of what to know/look for. Not only was Frank great because of his work ethic, but he also was a very genuine person. He was always very encouraging and motivating when he sensed we were stressed out and would keep our spirits high. He never gave up on us! After we did find our home Frank continued to reach out to us making sure everything important was squared away. My fiancé and I also were sick/injured when we moved and Frank continued to check up on us to make sure we were okay. From this experience we not only found our dream home to grow our family, but we also found a new friend! Thank you so much Frank for all of your hard work and time. ☺️
