In 2002, Frank joined Valva Realty, where he continues to specialize in commercial, residential and income properties. Born in Vietnam, Frank moved to Paris, France in 1980. Shortly after college, he was employed with Corsair International, a French airline. In 1993, he transitioned to California, where he began pursuing his career in real estate. He is fluent in three languages —English, French, and Vietnamese— assets that give him the ability to reach and serve a diverse population of clients.
