Fred’s fascinating career give’s him unique skills and talents, in addition to an incredible international network of relationships. His experience enables him to assess each opportunity with a unique and global perspective providing a solid base to vigorously achieve client’s goals.

Upon graduation from the University of Florida Fred secured an entry level job with a then little known company called Enterprise Rent a Car. During his career he was instrumental in the development of the Florida markets where he worked his way up to the senior officer level as a Regional Vice President. In 1999 after corporately moving around for several years he returned home to the coastal town of Delray Beach, Florida to raise his family. Always having had a passion for the real estate side of the business and being a lifelong water sports enthusiast, in 2004, he formed FAB Consulting Group, Inc. which owns Coastal Realty Advisors and Global Marina Management. He has also held positions as the COO of International Marinas, LLC and was the founding President & COO of the technology company, Boatsetter.com. He and his teams have been involved with the acquisition, sale and or management of hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate assets, both commercial and residential, domestic and international. His goal is to share his valuable insights and expertise to help people make good things happen.
