About Fred

I grew up in Maryland and lived there until early 2006. My wife (Cathy) and I lived outside of Annapolis in Severna Park MD., and we were very active in boating and fishing for many years. I worked in the communication field for over 30 years with Verizon and after retiring, I collaborated with several of Verizon subcontractors until 2006.

After visiting Florida for many years, we decided to escape the gray winters of Maryland and settled into Punta Gorda in 2006. We loved how laid back and relaxing the area was, and we now call this town home and it’s our “Little piece of Paradise”.

I have become very active in the community and after several years on the Board of Directors in our subdivision, I now serve on the Architectural & Review Committee. I’ve always been an active person and had to do something with my life besides retirement. So, in 2009 I started a 2nd career in real estate and found a true passion for helping folks achieve their real estate dreams.
