About Fred

Fred is excited to bring his many years of business, marketing and real estate investment experience forward to his relationship with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. His family's relationship with Coldwell Banker and the San Francisco real estate business can be traced back to the rebuilding of San Francisco on the heels of the 1906 earthquake-the roots run deep.

A diverse professional background has provided him with a comprehensive knowledge of the complexities involved in successfully handling residential and investment real estate transactions. Fred feels he’s accumulated a good bit of creative insight and resourcefulness over the course of his real estate career.

As a result of having entered into the San Francisco commercial real estate market in 1982, Fred’s been able to establish a great many long term real estate and banking relationships that has proven to be invaluable to him and his clients. Over the past decade, he’s participated as an investment partner with Capital West Associates, providing comprehensive real estate services to high net-worth clients and partners.

Fred ‘s passion for Sonoma County is born out of an appreciation for the diversity of the living opportunities afforded here. Each town's individual history, architectural heritage, unsurpassed natural beauty, eclectic cultural ambiance and deep social conscience, all contribute to their celebrated communities. The list of locales that offer the promise of what Sonoma County has been indeed short, perhaps one.
