About Fredrick

I am a dedicated real estate professional serving Clarksville, Tennessee, Fort Campbell, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky communities. My goal is to provide every client with knowledgeable guidance, honest communication, and a smooth real estate experience from start to finish.

I was raised in Clarksville, Tennessee, and graduated from Northeast High School, which gives me a strong connection to the community I now serve professionally. Growing up here allows me to provide clients with local insight about neighborhoods, schools, and the overall Clarksville market.

Before entering real estate, I spent more than two decades serving in the United States Army. My military career taught me the importance of leadership, integrity, and mission focused execution. Those same principles guide how I serve my clients today. Having personally experienced multiple relocations, I understand the challenges that military families face during PCS moves and transitions. Helping service members and their families successfully buy or sell a home is something I take great pride in.

I am currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate at Austin Peay State University. My background in finance allows me to help clients evaluate homes not only as places to live, but also as long term financial investments.

I am especially passionate about helping families build generational wealth through real estate. I believe homeownership and smart property investments are powerful tools that can create long term financial security for families and future generations.

Whether I am working with first time homebuyers, investors, or families relocating to the Fort Campbell area, my focus is always on education, transparency, and strong advocacy for my clients. Real estate decisions are some of the most important financial choices people make, and my goal is to ensure my clients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the entire process.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy studying real estate investment strategies, creating educational content for military homebuyers, and helping others learn how to build long term financial security through real estate.
