Frida was so wonderful during the processing of selling our home and purchasing a new one. We did it right when the market was insane in the summer of 2021. Things got a little hectic and stressful for us, but Frida was knowledgeable and stayed calm- even when we weren't! She made herself available to us whenever we needed her and we knew she would do whatever it took to get us our dream house. We trusted her through the whole process and she made it happen! It was an added bonus that we enjoyed spending time with her and by the time it was over, we considered her a friend! She didn't even care that we had to bring our kids with us to every property! She really is an all around great person to have in your corner during such a stressful process! HIGHLY recommend!

Frida expertly helped us navigate all of the nuances to today’s DC/NOVA market, providing exceptional insights into what it would take to get a deal done. In the end, we were able to find our ideal place at ask price using a VA loan- something most people nowadays would say is impossible. Did I mention this this was all accomplished and closed while we were living overseas multiple time zones away?

While house hunting we met several perfectly fine realtors but no one ever felt quite right for us. However, as soon as we met and spoke with Frida at an open house we knew that she was the one! Frida has been wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She has a very calming and reassuring presence, which is exactly what you need while going through the often times stressful experience of finding a home. Frida was always quick to respond to questions and provided helpful information to us as first time homebuyers. We also felt that Frida asked all of the right questions to understand what we really wanted in a home and within our comfortable price range. The process of selling and moving out of a house you’ve lived in for over 36 years is, to say the least, daunting. That we did it within two months is testament to Frida’s knowledge, expertise and experience as she shepherded us through it. It was certainly hectic and at times stressful, but you can’t argue with results. To receive an acceptable offer only 6 days after the listing went live was astounding.
