There are not enough words to explain how amazing Future made the home buying process for my husband and I. Even through the struggles we had Future was right there with and at no point did we feel alone or feel as if we made decisions we weren’t sure of. Future told us that there won’t be a home that we didn’t get, we would miss and she was right, the home we ended up getting is perfect and 10x better than the first home I thought I wanted. She did not let us get a home we didn’t love and always listened to us and made it work even with the small area we had to work with. All I can say is wow. She is one of the best. We previously had another agent and had to wait til our contract was up. As soon as I called her, she started working right away. Sent the contract super quick. Went by the house, had pictures within a few days, and immediately had the listing up. Also, the last agent must have never went by the house, so Future took care of several odds and ends that were needed from the neglect of the last agent. We were out of state and so we needed a 5 star agent. She was our Godsend. So grateful that if you are going to have to pay a percentage of the sale, that it went to her. She deserved every dollar from the contract. Don't hesitate, if you are considering an agent. She's the one. Straight forward, no fluff and does all that needs to be done. We would hire her a million times over.

Future Davis is absolutely amazing! We'd been through the process of selling our family home with another agent and were very dissatisfied. After firing the first agent, I found Future through a Google search and she immediately engaged. Within a couple weeks we had several offers and a solid buyer. There were a few hiccups along the way, but what I appreciate about Future is that when she called to notify me of the problems, she already had solutions and had worked it out! She even convinced the buyer's agent to reduce both their commissions to make the deal work. Who does that?! I simply cannot say enough good things about her and her team! TL;DR HIRE FUTURE!!

Wow, wow, wow! Honestly, I have a hard time articulating how incredible Future is. I'm completely blown away. This is our 4th home and I've NEVER met another agent that works as hard as she does.

We were selling our Colorado home and moving to Detroit. After a bad experience, I fired a previous agent and cold called Future only 2 weeks before we needed a new home. In those 2 weeks, she found our home, negotiated with our best interest in mind, and got us to the closing table....

Within a day we were doing virtual tours, within a week I flew in and she drove me around as we toured 12 homes, and then when none of those panned out she did an additional virtual tour resulting in the PERFECT home. It sounds crazy, but we literally bought a house without ever stepping in it. What can I say? Future seriously proved quickly that she truly is a house whisperer and we could put our complete trust in her judgement.

Honestly, I’ve never meet anyone in the field that’s better! I’m a high end client who’s known to only purchase with the elite due to my husbands requirements needing to be met in totality. Moving from California and finding a property that would give us a feel for back home AND suitable enough to host our many fund raising/charitable evens we host was a hassle. Luckily, our assistant was able to make some calls with fellow constituents and locate Future Davis! One word, EXCEPTIONAL! Private, professional, high class and talented! I usually don’t write comments or do any kind of posting but I had to let people know that Future Davis hands down is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with, Long story short , I was dealing with an agent that was very DISHONEST (all about that $$) , giving realtors a bad name PERIOD !!!!!!!! Future and her amazing Team has diligently work with to find our first home! From the initial meet/introduction she was very professional, informative sat us down and walked us through the process and was welcoming to my family and I. During this process she went ABOVE and BEYOND measures to encourage, communicate, uplift, educate and reassure me that WE WILL FIND THE HOME FOR US!! I found Future on accident after a bad experience with another realtor and it was the best thing that could have happened to my home buying experience. When we sat down with her we expressed to her our goal of sellling our home while we simultaneously close on another in Florida. From there she took charge working with our Florida realtor. It made all the difference that you were mindful of the details needed to make this happen. Our trust in you grew very fast so that all my husband and I focused on was packing our things. Needless to say she made it happen!!
We closed on our MI home in the morning and Florida home in the afternoon on the same day.

We so appreciate the time you took helping navigate us through the process and feel privileged that you were our real estate agent.
