Gabbie helped us sell our home (at better-than-asking price). We were altogether lucky to have had her involved in the entire process from scheduling the timing, advising and assisting with our preparations, obtaining feedback from colleagues and offering her own experience and insight. She was tireless in pursuing early offers, gave us excellent advice about interpreting and dealing with buyers, and managed good relationships with buyers' agents. I liked her approach to managing our expectations and soothing our anxieties -- she's not domineering and doesn't make your decisions for you. She was a great guide and she worked hard for what we wanted. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

I can't praise Gabrielle enough! She took a property that was difficult and had been listed by 3 other agents with no results, and she sold it for full price. One buyer fell through and she was immediately on it and found another within a week! i WAS SO IMPRESSED!

We met Gabbie on an exploratory weekend since we knew we would be moving up to Vermont in a few months, she was referred to us by someone my wife knew. Gabbie met with us on a Saturday, brought us maps and explained the area. Then the games began. Gabbie asked a lot of good questions, brought up things that we never thought about and became a great resource for us. After locating the house, we are currently in, she explained how the closing was to go-and it was painless. (By the way, this was our third house we bought, but first one in Vermont.)
I have no issues recommending Gabbie as real estate professional.

Gabbie was a pleasure to work with. She is professional, honest and responds quickly. My husband and I moved to the Upper Valley from out of state, so Gabbie's knowledge and insight about each different neighborhood in the area was very valuable. She found homes that fit what we were looking for, and quickly set up viewings. Being from out of state, she often took videos for us, or did video calls with us if we were unable to be there in person for a viewing. She was very honest with her opinions about each place, and never pushy, which we really appreciated. She helped us craft a strong offer and we ended up in a home we absolutely love! We would definitely use Gabbie again!

Gabbie was outstanding during our home buying process. She deftly navigated the difficulties of an out-of-state move in addition to COVID restrictions and helped us purchase a wonderful home in 60ish days. She has a great understanding of the Upper Valley and services.
