Gabe is super friendly and works hard for his buyers. He helped us immensely in locating a mobile home in our preferred location and price range after our previous agent was unable to close a deal and we missed out on better pricing due to their lack of follow through. I was disappointedand frutrated with the previous agent and the whole process and I expressed this to Gabe in passing (our kids go to school together) and he asked me to let him take a swing at helping. Gabe is the most professional, committed, and easy to deal with realtor I've ever worked with. Not only did he filter the houses to what we could afford vs. what we wanted in a home, he also helped us identify mortgage providers, movers, and after move-in support (he literally helped me take down a shed and move heavy stuff into my garage). He makes sure you have everything you need before, during, and after close. Gabe is THE BEST!
