I met Gabe several years ago when a client of mine was interested in one of his listings. Although my client went for a different property, Gabe was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous whenever we spoke. Since then, we would bump into each other out in the market or in continuing education classes. When Gabe went to Samson Properties, he actually went out of his way to reach out to me, urging me to check out what a great company he joined. Over 2 years later, I joined Samson as well, and only wished I had listened to him sooner! I highly recommend Gabe as a hardworking, ethical, and professional realtor who provides outstanding guidance and customer service to his clients!

Mr. Aranguren is a treasure to work with! I had the good fortune of meeting him pre-pandemic (my review is tardy, but better late than never). I had a tight interval where I needed to move across state lines while changing jobs and in that transition period where I did not have all my paperwork finalized which made matters tricky getting all the parties together to agree on terms i.e. leasing agent, etc. Despite my angst about things, Mr. Aranguren was a great comfort in reassuring me throughout the process -- finding that great rental property that didn't gouge me (in fact very moderately priced for a great location), being a great companion on the road between viewings, providing timely advice on home inspection I did not think of while being active in the home inspection as if it was his own i.e. aspects about lighting, testing the faucets for leaks, noting windows on the ground level at a corner unit which could be a potential safety concern, etc.
All in all working with Mr. Aranguren and his team has been a great blessing and should I need to find a new property I plan to reconnect!

Words cannot explain how satisfied I am with my experience with Gabriel and Gary Steen! I was looking for help to assist my mother in refinancing her home for a lower rate. I was able to get in contact with Gabriel and he referred me to probably one of the best if not the BEST in the business named Gary Steen! If it wasn’t for him, I don’t know how this process would have went honestly... Gary was one of the most determined and self driven people I’ve met in a longggg time! Very professional, On-time, friendly and motivated individuals. As you know in this industry you can meet some off putting personalities but Gary was very different! My mother was very delighted to have met Gary indeed, like I said in the beginning, words cannot explain how happy and satisfied me and my mother were with their services! If you’re looking for a home or need refinancing, Gary & Gabe are your guys! God bless these twos heart and I wish them nothing but the best!

I know Mr. Aranguren since 2012. He is a very honorable, ethical, honest, responsive, competent, and helpful man, a rare combination of fine qualities these days. In 2012 he was my real estate agent as I looked for a single family house to buy. I had a contract on a house I found with him. However, during the inspection with an outstanding inspector he recommended, MANY problems with that house and garage were found. After only one or two hours looking at the house with the inspector Mr. Aranguren pulled me over and said "don't buy this house," giving up a LARGE commission. How many real estate agents would do that?

Recently I asked Mr. Aranguren to help me decide whether to keep renting a property I owned or sell it. I had a great deal of trouble with my last tenants, who disappeared owing me $10,000. They were not the first bad tenants I had in 16 years but they were by far the worst. He suggested selling it, which I agreed with, and asked him to be my agent to do that.

Mr. Aranguren soon had my condo up for sale. He is as I said very competent. He also goes the extra mile to help his clients. He was very quick to answer my many questions. He provides excellent service. It did not take long before I had three offers on my property. The property is now sold and I have one less headache.

I highly recommend Mr. Aranguren if you wish to buy, sell, or rent a property.

Gabriel was the ambitious, proactive defender we needed in a tough rental market. Not only did he respect and uphold our “wishlist” checklist when seeking out properties, he also went to bat for us when he suspected discriminatory behavior by a property owner. At the end of an incredibly thorough search Gabriel secured us with the most perfect place well within our budget and far nicer than we expected to find in our price range. Nearly three years later and we still live in this most perfect home. If I ever decide to buy in this area there is no other realtor I’d want to work with. Gabriel is the gold standard.

Wow, where do I begin? What sets Gabriel apart is not only the fact that he is an great realtor but an AMAZING person. He is extremely personable and we were able to find our home so quick! Not to mention this was all during the chaos of COVID-19. It was a truly frustrating time but Gabriel pushed through for us. His work ethic shined through. He was super informative- there was not a thing I did not understand. He made sure that all of our needs were met by the owner and Gabriel did so many things he did not have to, just to make sure we were more than satisfied. Gabriel was the realtor for my landlord in the Germantown area and he was very professional and friendly, but when I moved out he made sure everything I said about the condition of the place was correct.
