Originally from California’s Central Coast, Gabe Ramirez and his wife Mary made the move to North Carolina while raising their three kids and quickly fell in love with the people, pace, and lifestyle the area offers. That personal relocation journey sparked Gabe’s passion for helping others navigate one of the biggest transitions in life — finding not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home.
Before real estate, Gabe worked in engineering, and he still brings that analytical mindset into helping clients make smart, confident decisions. Since entering real estate in 2019, he has built his business around serving buyers and sellers throughout Alamance, Orange, Durham, and Chatham Counties, with a special focus on helping people discover the value and lifestyle opportunities just west of the Triangle.
Whether helping first-time buyers, local move-up clients, downsizers, or families relocating to the area, Gabe is known for being approachable, trustworthy, and committed to serving people well. Outside of real estate, he enjoys road trips with family, swimming in lakes and the ocean, pickleball, and exploring everything North Carolina has to offer.
