Gabriel Tollenaar

Gabe has made La Costa and North County his home for nearly 40 years. The Tollenaar family was part of the development of the La Costa area with many properties built and sold by his father Jack in the early 80’s. Gabe has continued the family tradition by working with his father in the construction business and selling real estate with Phillips + Co. Gabe knows all the in’s , out’s and must do’s of this great town and loves to see the continued growth and development of the place we all call home.

Gabe, with his extensive knowledge of the San Diego Community along with having worked for many years in the construction field as an owner, knows what it takes to get homes ready to sell along with what to look for when buying a home. In representing his clients, he brings all of this local knowledge, business and construction background and negotiating skills to bear for his clients. When not working he can be found spending time with his wife and daughter enjoying the outdoors and many other amenities that Southern California has to offer.
