Gabriele Extejt moved to Florida in 1990 and has explored much of the state, gaining a deep appreciation for its diverse communities. She began her real estate career in 2012 and has since served clients across areas such as Boca Grande, South Gulf Cove, Cape Haze, Placida, Rotonda West, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, Venice, North Port, and beyond. Committed to staying current with industry trends and best practices, Gabriele has completed numerous educational courses and earned several professional designations, including the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI), which required more than 105 hours of coursework and rigorous testing.
In addition to her real estate career, Gabriele plays a key role in her family’s marine construction business, Charlotte County Seawalls, where she oversees the financial and administrative operations. Her background in construction along with hands-on experience remodeling and building her own home has provided her with valuable industry connections and an in-depth understanding of building materials and their practical applications.
