I grew up in a 700 sq ft, 2 bed/1 bath house that and was worth $35,000. At 4 and a half years old I was picked up and taken to meet my new dad, Randy. Approximately 20 minutes after the case worker left Randy’s house we were headed to a soccer tournament an hour away. From day one my life has been “Go Go Go.” Our weekly routine quickly became attending every open house we could find. Agents feared the sight of 6 year old Gage walking in with his beat up composition notebook. I took detailed notes, with a Crayola marker of course, on what could stay and what Had To Go. This fire in me lingered for years and eventually came to the surface again in college, where I helped start and run a home renovation business, flipped houses and eventually got licensed. That’s exactly how I approach real estate today. This isn’t just a job to me, it’s what I’ve been building toward my entire life. I show up prepared, I move with urgency, and I put your best interest ahead of everything else.
