Gail Curtis

Gail is a native of West Branch. Her grandfather and father both worked in the housing industry. Growing up around construction, Gail knew she wanted to follow in her family’s footsteps at a young age.

Gail got her real estate license in 1996. She worked for Century21 Horizon Realty in West Branch for 7 years. For many years Gail stayed at home taking care of her family and helping with community projects.

Knowing she was capable, Gail got back into real estate in 2017 and went back to school to get her brokers license. She opened 31Realty in 2018 fulfilling a lifelong dream of opening her own real estate company where the focus would be on helping customers. It took 31 years to achieve this.

Today Gail is happy to help people find a place they can call home. She firmly believes everyone deserves a place to call home.
