We had the pleasure of working with Gail to sell our condo in 2024. It is always a treat to work with realtors who have integrity, who are honest, and are simply a joy to collaborate with. Selling real estate is always stressful, no matter how clean the offer is, and when we were faced with some speed bumps, Gail was always on top of what needed to happen, what next steps were, and what the market was doing. In this challenging real estate market, Gail made our sale was painless as it could be. She was not only an excellent selling agent, but I have no doubt she'd be just as fabulous as a buyer's agent given not only her knowledge of the market, but also her background in the mortgage/lending world. Knowledgeable, professional, good communicator: We just bought the little bungalow of our dreams with Gail's help. Her expert knowledge of the area made a huge difference for us. She was also able to refer us to experts we needed to speak to about some complex issues and helped us find the best person ever to help us fix up our little place. This is my second home purchase on Maui and everything went better this time from the contract writing to the Inspection Service she helped me hire. This second purchase was a much more difficult property and yet Gail somehow managed to do an excellent job. I can't say enough.
