Gail was fantastic from start to finish. She was easy to work with, responsive, and always on top of the details. She listed the condo quickly, even right before leaving for a trip, brought in a great photographer, staged it with fresh flowers, and priced it perfectly to drive interest. When offers came in, she handled negotiations skillfully, creating a competitive situation that ended up netting us about $40,000 more. She even came to the house so paperwork was easier for us, and throughout the whole process she was friendly, patient, and never pushy. She is a real pro, making the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

We had the pleasure of working with Gail to sell our condo in 2024. It is always a treat to work with realtors who have integrity, who are honest, and are simply a joy to collaborate with.
