I cannot say enough about Galina Tucker. We had been working with other realtors, gone to many open houses, but there was always something missing. We connected with Galina immediately - and within days, we had found our dream house, ALMOST. We needed some modifications and she worked miracles - found us an outstanding contractor who was able to renovate a bathroom for my elderly mother within an impossible time frame. She also connected us to 4 pool companies as she knew a pool was one of my"must haves". I called her with the silliest questions. She was always calm, reassuring, and responsive - no matter how big or small the issue, or what time of day. If she did not have the answer, she would research it and get back to me, usually within an hour. During the escrow process, she would send little notes, gifts, and check-ins. Four months after we moved in, I had a misunderstanding with the home warranty product that was purchased by the realtor company. I called Galina for advice and she immediately took care of it. It didn't matter that we were no longer active clients. She has so much integrity! If we ever decide to sell, or if we know of anyone in need of a realtor, I will insist they meet Galina Tucker. I know she will go above and beyond - she treats all situations and clients as unique - it's not about expeditiously turning over properties and moving on - she will take the time to ensure that you are happy with your decisions, and if she can do anything to enhance the experience, she will do it. As I said at the beginning of this post, I cannot say enough about Galina Tucker!!!
