An award-winning top producer, he attributes his success to very basic principles: he’s real, he’s honest, and he works hard for every client.
Whether a client is thinking of relocating or wants to sell a home, Gar's insider knowledge and experience can make a huge difference. He knows the ins and outs of the city and surrounding areas. “Having been born and raised in the area,” he says, “I can provide a lot of history and unique information that most other agents aren’t aware of.”

As a pre-med major on an athletic scholarship at Florida State University, Gar excelled at baseball — including pitching in the College World Series — while earning All-American and Academic All-American honors. Following eight years with the Boston Red Sox, he entered the real estate market in 2000. “Sports and real estate both require hard work and dedication,” he says, “and I believe mastering those traits as an athlete set me up for success in the real estate industry.”
In his free time, Gar enjoys spending time on the water free diving and fishing, and loves coaching baseball and sharing his knowledge and experiences with young athletes.
