Garrett Shames

Garrett S. Shames is the Chief Operating Officer of Glowacki Management Company overseeing the day to day operations and strategic planning of Glowacki Management Company. Mr. Shames has extensive knowledge and a track record of success in both Real Estate and Operations Management. Prior to his career with Glowacki Management Company, Mr. Shames worked for Cintas Corporation in various management and sales capacities starting as a management trainee and ultimately serving as the Facility Service Branch Manager and General Counsel of the York, Pennsylvania operation. Prior to joining Cintas Corporation, Mr. Shames served as a Commercial Real Estate attorney for Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP. His areas of practice included commercial leasing, commercial real estate, land use & zoning and landlord/tenant. He earned his law degree from University of Baltimore Law School in 2007 and graduated with honors. Mr. Shames obtained his undergraduate degree from Towson University magna cum laude with a BS in Business Management. Mr. Shames currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bayfront East Side Taskforce (BEST), a non-profit organization whose vision is to improve the quality of life in the East Bayfront Neighborhood. He is also a member of American Bar Association Real Property Section, Maryland State Bar Association and the Baltimore County Bar Association. Mr. Shames is a licensed PA Real Estate Salesperson and currently serves as President on the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR).
