Born in Iron Mountain, Michigan, and raised in Bolivar, Ohio, he developed a strong appreciation for family, hard work, and the Northeast Ohio community from an early age. A 2018 graduate of New Philadelphia High School, he was both an honor student and football team captain, demonstrating leadership and dedication both on and off the field.
After high school, he relocated to Kingsport, Tennessee, where he began a career in the NDT field. Following a family illness and the passing of his father, he made the decision to return home to be closer to loved ones. Back in Ohio, he joined his mother’s painting business, Strand & Son Services, LLC, where he was first introduced to the world of real estate through clients who were buying, selling, and investing in homes.
Today, he lives in Bolivar with his girlfriend, Trinity, their son, Tyson, and their German Shepherd, Gunner. Family is at the center of everything he does and serves as his daily motivation. Outside of real estate, he enjoys weightlifting, kayaking, boating, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
His decision to pursue a career in real estate came naturally after gaining firsthand insight into the many moving parts of a transaction and the meaningful impact a great Realtor can have on a client’s life. Passionate about helping others, he is committed to guiding clients through the buying and selling process with dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care.
