comprehensive market analysis of other similar properties that have recently sold, were canceled or
are currently for sale – and will share this information with you and be forthright and honest about
the value of your home and the “most likely” sales price. This is a collaborative effort – I can guide
you and provide recommendations, but be assured, you have the final say !
