Gary’s goal is simple - partner with his clients to buy and/or sell properties. With a keen eye for details, strong analytical skills, vast technological talents, and superior people skills (and modesty), Gary will work with you to: help determine the value of property you want to sell; provide tips to help stage property in order to appeal to buyers; advertise listed property to other realtors and potential buyers; schedule showings and host open house events so potential buyers can view the property; negotiate contracts with buyers and purchase agreements with sellers; facilitate and coordinate the closing process; assist in identifying areas to look for property and suitable properties for your needs, and; research listings of property for sale and help you find that "perfect home".
