I live out of state but had been casually looking for a home in the Muncie or surrounding area to use as a part time residence when I am visiting family in the area. I do have a limited budget so finding something decent in my price range has been somewhat challenging. Gary has assisted with obtaining disclosure information and getting additional details from sellers' agents for perhaps 10-12 properties, viewing properties in my behalf, taking additional photos for maybe 4-5 properties on somewhat short notice, and submitting offers on 2 properties remotely. I was able to view 4 properties with Gary in person one morning more recently, made an offer one one and it was accepted. Gary has assisted me greatly.

I have had the pleasure of working with Gary Coats on selling my house and buying a house. I have never sold a house before so that project was a touchier. Gary was very patient with me as well as answering the one million questions I had. If Gary did not know the answer he found the answer in a timely manner. Gary was very honest and knowledgeable with the entire process of selling and buying a house. There is a lot of steps in selling a house and Gary was right there with me the entire time. Gary was fabulous! He Has a lot of knowledge about the real estate market which he used to help us give the right offer on our new house. So we live a few hours away from the home we purchased and when we did an inspection on a Saturday we couldn't find any labs open to run the well water tests. We couldn't have gone up that next week because of our scheduling, So he went to our new home that next week and got that test done for us, which helped us out a lot.
