Buying a house is intimidating at very least, just the idea of it, but finding the right house can be an extremely difficult challenge especially with all the choices you’re given from house to house. That’s where Gary comes in. Gary made my wife and I’s experience so much better, easier, and very much so, less intimidating. I live out of state but had been casually looking for a home in the Muncie or surrounding area to use as a part time residence when I am visiting family in the area. I do have a limited budget so finding something decent in my price range has been somewhat challenging. Gary has assisted with obtaining disclosure information and getting additional details from sellers' agents for perhaps 10-12 properties, viewing properties in my behalf, taking additional photos for maybe 4-5 properties on somewhat short notice, and submitting offers on 2 properties remotely. I was able to view 4 properties with Gary in person one morning more recently, made an offer one one and it was accepted. Gary has assisted me greatly.

I was saying " put this offer in, no withdraw that offer" " this is the house, no wait I'm not sure". Anyways, Gary stuck with me from finding the house, showing & closing he was there. I have had the pleasure of working with Gary Coats on selling my house and buying a house. I have never sold a house before so that project was a touchier. Gary was very patient with me as well as answering the one million questions I had. If Gary did not know the answer he found the answer in a timely manner. Gary was very honest and knowledgeable with the entire process of selling and buying a house. There is a lot of steps in selling a house and Gary was right there with me the entire time. The house we bought, Gary was very quick to respond as to finding out who owned the property. Gary did a lot of research to get us all in the right place with the house we bought. We thought buying this house was going to take a lot longer than what it did however, Gary stayed on top of the communication with the bank that owned the house. It did not take us long. We will continue to use Gary with all of our future endeavors with any property we deal with.

Gary was fabulous! He Has a lot of knowledge about the real estate market which he used to help us give the right offer on our new house. So we live a few hours away from the home we purchased and when we did an inspection on a Saturday we couldn't find any labs open to run the well water tests. We couldn't have gone up that next week because of our scheduling, So he went to our new home that next week and got that test done for us, which helped us out a lot. Also he was easy to contact when we needed him.
