Gary and Aaron went above and beyond - both are great at their jobs and are just a delight to work with.

Not only did they have the exact right pricing strategy for my purchase but they also got me top dollar (in record time) for the sale of my home.

To top it off, they made the offer and close (and moving) process so smooth - stepping in to do inspections/meetings when I was away, keeping me on-time and organized with my paperwork, and even helping me to move a piece of furniture. ABOVE and BEYOND!

Buying and selling a property can be complicated and time-consuming - but, with partners like Gary and Aaron, they make it easy so that you have time to enjoy the excitement of a new home.

Gary and Aaron are the picture of professionalism. Not only did they help me buy my condo in 2013, they helped both of my parents sell their homes in the subsequent years, and helped me sell my condo while I lived out-of-area. They took care of everything - helped get the condo ready to sell by cleaning, getting painters, getting the carpets replaced, and all communication with the Condo Association. They are trustworthy, kind, hard-working, not to mention, hilarious. They offered sound and honest advice to help me get a fair price as well as get the house sold quickly, so I had less to worry about from afar. I consider them to be not just my realtors, but great friends. You will not regret hiring them - they take care of you and truly put their clients' needs first.

Gary Dopslaff was recommended to me by a neighbor. He and Aaron Scruggs were helpful and professional from the start. Because of Covid-19, I chose to move out of the area and put the house on the market after I moved. Gary and Aaron engaged their contractor who did a walk-through and estimate for me. At every point, when I asked for advice or recommendations, they would listen, provide choices and then carry out my decisions. They were responsive and took extra time to answer my questions and to ensure that I was fairly represented. From start to finish, they made the process as smooth and painless as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When my wife and I thought about what we wanted out of our real estate agents, the words that came to mind were honest and knowledgeable. Gary and Aaron were exactly that. A few years ago when we first started our house hunting journey as first time home buyers, our view of what we wanted kept changing and they were very patient with us as we figured out what would be most meaningful for us in a home. They also helped us identify details that we originally weren't thinking about when considering something long term and thus making the process of searching more defined and smoother when searching. Gary was amazing helping us find a great home in VA! We only had a few days to look, and he introduced us to neighborhoods that fit perfectly in our criteria and we were able to find the home we wanted very quickly. We would not have even known about our great new neighborhood had Gary not done so much hard work and research in such short amount of time! He also helped expertly guide us through the closing process, doing much of the hard work while we were remote. We definitely would recommend Gary to others!

We can't say enough positive about Gary and Aaron and the service they provide as a real estate team. This was the second time we have had the pleasure of working with these two, as they were also the team that got us into the very first place we owned, a beautiful two-bedroom condo that they found that met our needs perfectly. I reached out to let them know we were starting to explore the possibility of looking for a larger space, but that the time horizon may be a few years. Knowing who they were dealing with, Gary and Aaron took the punch list of items we were looking for and went to work immediately. In no time at all, we were being provided with some great options. Options that were so great, that caused my wife and I to re-assess our timeline.

Sure enough, within a month of my initial out reach, we had found a home that we fell in love with. The only problem was that in order to purchase the house, we would need to sell our condo. On top of that, we'd have to make a contingent offer (which poses some additional risk/complexities along the way). After explaining the lay of the land, Gary and Aaron went to work for us, and really sold our offer to the owner of the house we were interested. Despite it being contingent, we were selected the winning offer. Immediately they went to work in assisting us to get our other property ready to sell. Within a week, we were on the market, and they got us 3 offers out of the first open house, above ask too! We thought we would cruise to the finish line. Unfortunately, the group that we had selected rescinded their offer within a week due to a change of heart, and we had to go back on the market. Gary and Aaron worked tirelessly for us, hosting an additional 3 open houses over 4 weeks, and continuing to work with the seller to keep us in the game. It wasn't until the last open house (the weekend before our contingency extension expired) that we got the offer that eventually took.

Throughout what was a very stressful experience, I couldn't have asked for a better team. No matter what the question, they were always available to answer and help keep stress at bay. Both of them genuinely cared that we ended up in a better spot and happy, not about the end result from their perspective, and it showed in their work product. Despite the whirlwind of a process, I write this review from our new home, and I can for sure say that it would not have been possible without the hard work of this real estate team. Thank you Gary and Aaron, for all that you did to get our family into the house of our dreams! To all reading this, you can't go wrong selecting these two to assist in your real estate transaction.

Gary and Aaron were absolutely amazing during the entire process of buying a home. As first time hone buyers we had lots of questions and they were both always available to answer any questions that my wife and I had. We eventually ended up in a great townhome that wasn't even on our radar because Gary just knew that we would like it and his intuition was correct. Whether you are a first time buyer or going on your 4th house Gary and Aaron are two realtors I would highly recommend.
