About Gary

Gary has been married to his wife, Teresa, since 1992. They raised their two children in the Spotsylvania County area since 1994. After graduating from Chancellor High School, their boys both chose to attend West Virginia University, with their older son graduating from WVU in 2015 and younger son in 2018. Gary attended the University of South Carolina and was a member of the Gamecocks football team. He graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice. Gary spent 26 years in public service. Now, he is a full-time realtor who consistently applies the same passion from public service to each and every client. Gary has been a licensed realtor in the Commonwealth of VA since 2007. He is also a licensed broker and has taken advanced training in real estate, earning several national designations, so his clients benefit from up-to-date professional service and knowledge in this rapidly changing real estate world.

In February 2016, The Gardiner Group, LLC was established as a business entity under the Coldwell Banker Elite firm. Whether buying or selling a home, the real estate process can be complicated, tedious, intimidating, and overwhelming.
