About Gary

Gary Hains serves as vice president of FL Star with direct responsibility for oversight of FL Star Construction.. Before joining FL Star, Hains was Divisional Vice President for Toll Brothers Southwest Florida Division.

During his tenure with Toll Brothers, Hains was responsible for locating, financially analyzing, conducting market research and negotiating land acquisition for various projects throughout Florida for future development. A participant in Toll Brothers Management Training Program, he also previously served as a senior project manager for Toll Brothers with responsibility for the construction of single-family homes and multi-family projects.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Hains worked for LaBranche & Co. in New York serving as financial analyst and New York Stock Exchange Floor Clerk. A Florida licensed real estate agent, Hains is a graduate of Brown University and the London School of Economics in London, England.
