Gary founded his own real estate brokerage, Hoeferkamp Real Estate, in 2018 after a long career of selling homes and managing offices for the top brokerage in St Louis, Coldwell Banker Gundaker. He has personally sold 510 homes from start to close, and is now in his 36th year as a Realtor. In addition to selling homes, he was branch manager and assistant manager of 3 offices for 6 years overseeing 1800 transactions and over 100 agents during that time.
Gary sells all over the St Louis region, and focuses on West STL County, the Central Corridor, and St Charles County. He specializes in representing sellers and marketing their homes for the highest return, guiding them through home prep, staging options, and inspection repairs, while watching return on investment. He has handled dozens of competing offer situations to the delight of his clients, and guided hundreds of sellers through successful building inspection negotiations.
Gary’s clients include professional sports players, artists, managers, many small business owners, partnerships, doctors, accountants, and a news anchor. He understands and resolves inspection issues, trust properties, powers-of-attorney, and the many roadblocks that can arise in the course of a home sale, keeping the client on track for closing.
