I've heard one horror story after another about buying houses, but I have no idea what any of those are possibly like... Gary took care of the whole process like it was automatic and made me feel like I was on a TV show when viewing the house I knew I wanted. The whole team was WONDERFUL. Gary stuck with me for months, while I searched for the perfect house. Nicole was part of the office team and she was there every step of the way, for any questions I had (and such a sweetheart). Anytime I wanted to see a property, Gary made himself available. He was also very straight with me. If the property was over my head (repairs, etc.) he would let me know (not like a typical realtor who is just trying to make a dollar). He was down on the ground and climbing in small spaces to make sure we gave the property a thorough "inspection" before deciding if it was worth putting an offer in. So so knowledgeable about EVERYTHING (plumbing, heating, bones, etc.) - he taught me so much and would explain along the way. I now consider Gary a friend. He found me the perfect house and I am so happy.

A great team to work with! Lynne Grey was our agent, and she helped us find a new house and sell our condo. Lynne makes you feel like you're her only client.
