Gary Lewis' professional history includes the role of sr. executive vice president and president of the mall leasing division at Simon property group, a global leader in real estate. today, Simon is a S&P 500 company with ownership interests in approximately 330 retail properties worldwide and over 160 domestic properties comprising over 63 million square feet of specialty store space. Gary joined Simon in 1986 and throughout the years was highly instrumental in contributing to Simon’s unprecedented growth through his leadership and oversight of all aspects of the company's leasing business. after a 27-year career at Simon, Gary has unparalleled relationships with the top-level CEO and senior executive teams of both the retailer and property owner community.

Gary’s responsibilities included the mall leasing business enterprise and major tenant relationships. Over his career, Gary leased a diverse range of projects including new ground up construction, extensive renovations and expansions of high fashion luxury centers, both suburban and urban regional malls, mixed use properties and lifestyle centers such as the forum shops at Caesar’s palace (Las Vegas, NV), the fashion center at pentagon city (Arlington, VA), the Houston galleria (Houston, TX), fashion valley mall (San Diego, ca), and Lenox square in Atlanta, GA. In addition to leading Gary Lewis & associates real estate, Gary also sits on the board of directors of ahaus home furnishings and guest teaches in the ring distinguished speakers series in the Bergstrom center for real estate in the Warrington College of business administration at the university of Florida, and is a member of the international council of shopping centers (ICSC).
