Gary Monroe was a huge help in finding our new apartment. He was prompt, personal, and kind. He set up a portal for us to view options and scheduled viewings as soon as we asked to see a place. We will definitely be coming back to Gary when we purchase a home!

UPDATE: Three years later and we bought our home with the help of Gary! He walked us through the entire process taking our phone calls and texted questions at any time of the week or weekend. He connected us with extremely professional and efficient businesses for all the things that go into buying a house, securing a loan, inspecting the home, etc. Gary made it easy to look for homes, schedule showings, and submit offers. He fought for what we deserved and made it clear when the sellers were being fair or not fair. He explained all the details but in reality there wasn’t much we needed to do with him in our corner. We highly recommend Gary to anyone looking to buy a home, he will take care of you!
