Gary Pennington is the best real estate agent we've worked with. Beyond the typical advertising, showing, photos and communications, Gary stepped in constantly to assist us in answering and solving issues that arose from the buyers inspection guy. He contacted several contractors that could provide estimates which were vital in negotiating resolution with the buyer. Additionally, when the buyer's bank imposed issues prior to closing, Gary made repeated calls to folks he knew within the bank to try and speed up resolution. He worked with the buyer's agent constantly to get the deal to the finish line (closing). Gary was in daily communication with us with updates on all issues. I've bought and sold many homes over the years and I've never seen an agent get so involved in making a deal happen and taking as much work off of my plate as Gary did.

Gary Pennington was exceptional to work with. We would refer him to anyone. As first time home buyers he was able to help navigate us through the home buying process and we felt confident when walking into homes that he knew what to look for as we did not much of the time. He was always available and communicated to us when he would be out of pocket. In the digital world that we live in where homebuyers are able to find their own homes and let their realtors know to schedule an appointment to view it, this was not the case with Gary. He found our home in this competitive market and we fully believe we could not have gotten a home without the help of him.

Gary is amazing at what he does, and he really helped us think strategically and holistically about our approach to what we bought. Because of the current crazy real estate market, more so than ever, you must have a seasoned realtor who helps you make thoughtful, sound decisions and not get caught up in the frenzy and make a bad choice/mistake.
