About Gary

Gary brings thirty years of experience in real estate brokerage, having begun his career in 1986 and to date sold over 1.25 billion dollars of Orange County Apartments.

Prior to founding Triqor, Gary worked as a senior broker and top producer at two large, national investment real estate firms. It was several years into the business that he recognized a trend within the industry. While large, national firms employed a standard brokerage platform throughout the country, it was evident that Southern California required an individualized approach, tailored to the specific needs and climate of the local market. Gary envisioned the formation of a smaller, highly professional firm that would cater to the unique real estate conditions of Southern California. By 1993, his vision was realized with the establishment of Triqor, formerly Investment Property Group, a real estate firm specializing in the brokerage of larger apartment complexes throughout Orange County. Since the company’s inception, Gary has developed an innovative, one-of-a-kind real estate tracking system that not only follows the ever-changing sales and on-market environment of Orange County, but also monitors the rental market. It is through the utilization of this progressive program that Triqor is able to stay on the cutting edge of apartment real estate market conditions and fluctuations.

Born in Sewickley, PA, Gary attended the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where in 1979 he earned his degree in Business Management. By 1980, he relocated to California and began work as a sales agent for two large computer retailers, selling personal computers to large corporations within the Los Angeles area. Before long, Gary founded a software development company that successfully sold specialized applications to accounting firms and their clients. He now resides in Newport Beach with his wife Marlene, daughters Michelle and Lauren, and son Eric. Over the years he committed significant time and resources creating and running local youth organizations in Newport Beach.
