We had a wonderful experience working with Gary and Kenneth. They were very personable and helpful throughout the whole home search and buying process. (And afterwards when we had a couple questions.) They are reliable and easy to get a hold of. They are quick to get tours and viewing set up but also didn't make me feel rushed when touring and let me take things in, which I appreciated. This was my first time buying and I felt they really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted from our new home. Definitely recommend them!

Gary and his associates use a good drive for making things happen, from the time he started working with us... to the end. My wife and I expectations were surpassed; especially in how we were able to get into our new home. They listen and go all out to help you find what you are looking for...

I could not have asked for a more reliable, honest, determined, helpful, or more patient agent. Gary answered all questions I had, showed me houses that truly met my expectations and helped me find a finance officer to walk us through the whole procedure.

Given Covid's constraint on visiting homes and the fact that I was shopping from nearly 500 miles away, Gary met the challenge of minimizing my time visiting homes that didn't quite fit my needs- he visited and videoed many properties for me- ultimately finding me the perfect home. I highly recommend this Gary, the agency and his team .

I would like to commend Gary for his help in the sale of my apartment in Seattle. Gary has been very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and has taken good care of every aspects of the sales process. When it comes to recommendation and proposal, Gary is never pushy, always presents the facts with supporting data and info and let clients to make decision based on the objective information presented. Gary is an angel sent from God. Truly an answer to prayers. I needed to sell my condo, but there were a few things that needed to be, shall we say, "refreshed," but I didn't have the money to do the work. One of my friends had engaged Gary to sell her house and she mentioned that Gary had a relationship with a contractor who could do the work and take their payment from proceeds of the sale. What a blessing! I had gotten an offer from a company that buys your property in any condition which would barely have paid my mortgage balance. Gary coordinated the renovation work and the return on investment was unbelievable!

During the process Gary and his wife were both stricken by the dreaded COVID-19 virus (they were exposed in their own home and immediately quarantined, so did not expose anyone else, and are now fully recovered, Thank God). So he called in Linda Mackintosh, an associate with CBBain, who was a wonderful "feet on the ground" partner. They priced the listing fairly and we had a bit of a bidding war, so I actually got almost 20k above the asking price!

I also want to mention Gary's wife has a business to help downsize and pack to move. She was incredibly valuable to me. I truly couldn't have done this without her.

The whole process went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Gary to handle your real estate needs. He really knows what he is doing; is professional, responsive and just an all-around wonderful guy.

My wife and I had a difficult time with the mortgage company during this covid period. Gary spent lots of extra time and energy waiting for the dust to settle. This was our first house and very trying during this pandemic. His communication with us and patience was very much appreciated! I am a business owner and very critical of others in business because customers are important and communication is extremely important. This Guy get 5+ in our book

Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge and expertise helped us to sell our house quickly and for top dollar. We received six offers in six days and sold our home for about $30k more than we would have with out his help and pre-listing advise.
He knows the market; what buyers are looking for and how to make your home meet the needs of today’s buyer. He suggested little changes that made a huge impact.

Buying and selling your families home is an emotional process (at least it is for us), Gary is a man of integrity who you can trust to walk you through every step of the process with care.

Gary was very consultative and conscientious. He tirelessly marketed our property. Even though our house was more challenging than others to sell he didn’t give up. He coordinated with all the service providers to get the house in sale ready condition and consulted with us on what did or did not need to be done. He also arranged for the staging. We were first home buyers and we had an absolute amazing experience with Gary Vanderhoff! He was referred to us by family and we are so glad we worked with him! He is an absolute gem in the industry and is so knowledgable about real estate. He connected us with a loan officer that he has worked with for a really long time and we loved working with her as well. He even responded to our millions of texts and questions every single day! Gary really impressed us with the way he handled communication between us and the seller. On the day we were supposed to find out if we got the home or not, we got a call from him letting us know we were outbid. He proceeded to thank the seller for the opportunity and wished them luck on their journey. The seller came back and said that she wanted to work with us instead of the person who outbid us and we were in shock. LIKE WHAT JUST HAPPENED?! Even in the midst of thinking we had lost our dream home, Gary showed grace and honor to the seller and we respect him so much for that! He really is an industry standard and when we look to upgrade to a larger home, he will be the first person to know. Gary is everything you need in a COMPLETE ADVISER for all the steps of the home buying or selling process. We have not only bought a home with him, but recently sold one as well. Many difficult choices can come about in these processes, but Gary listens and breaks down the options. His experience is valuable and yet Gary will be flexible with changing conditions, changing trends, and will make sure to get a deal (and a process) you are comfortable with. It's impossible to operate with any more integrity than Gary does---even in tough business negotiations. We will be using him for a THIRD TIME at some point, I am sure of it.
