Gary Wehrley

Gary J. Wehrley is the principal of the Daymark Group.Gary has over 30 years of experience in the investment real estate industry with property management, acquisition, and brokerage involvement in over 10,000 apartment units plus multiple commercial properties.During the majority of his career, prior to starting Daymark in 1996, Gary held the positions of Vice President - Property Management and Vice President - Acquisitions at two Milwaukee based investment real estate firms.Gary is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a B.B.A. degree in Real Estate and Urban Development, earned the Certified Property Manager® designation in 1984, and is a licensed real estate broker. He is further supported by a capable and dedicated staff.
