Meet Gates, resident sportsman. It was during his successful career in commercial real estate that he found his passion working directly with clients. Gates launched into residential real estate shortly thereafter. Gates became a Realtor® in 2014 and the experience he has in both sectors of the real estate business make him a valued member of Compass.

Gates has a true passion for working alongside home buyers to find their dream house and he understands that your home is your biggest investment. Gates can usually be found fly fishing on the Gunpowder, planning a weekend trip to the Eastern Shore, golfing with friends, playing squash at The Maryland Club, or coaching the varsity golf team at his alma mater, Boys’ Latin School of Maryland. Gates currently lives in Northern Baltimore County with his wife, Tori, two daughters, Banner and Rivers, and two labs, Hank and Jerry.
