Gavin Welch

Gavin is a real estate broker, investor, and business owner who helps people get the results they want when it comes to their real estate decisions.

He is a broker and owner of Guarantee Realty in the Polk County/Orange/Hillsborough County area of Florida. Gavin has been an entrepreneur for many years and started a number of successful business ventures in Florida including a sink-hole drilling business and a moving company. His out-of-the-box strategies have proven successful over the years with his businesses.

Gavin is passionate about non-profit organizations and helping people. He and his wife Nicole, founded a non-profit organization, Servants Heart, Inc. in 2000 and lived as missionaries in Honduras, Central America for three years.

Both Gavin and his wife are fluent in Spanish and sit on boards of several other organizations that support continued projects helping school sponsorship and small businesses around the world. He lives in Lakeland Florida with his wife of 21 years and two children.
