As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and reservations and Gene patiently answered them all. It was truly a blessing to have Gene to help me navigate through this process, especially in this ever fluctuating market. Gene always provided me with the facts and allowed me to make my own decisions. His experience with the housing market, personal experience, and knowledge of the different locations we looked in was invaluable. Gene never pushed his own thoughts or ideas.

He genuinely cares for his clients and sincerely wants to help people. I have worked with other realtors who seem like they are in it for the money. Believe me when I tell you this is not Gene! I can’t say enough good about Gene! I look forward to working with him for years to come!

Gene provided outstanding support for my move from Connecticut in a very difficult and chaotic market. Beyond identifying properties and offer strategy, his knowledge of and help hiring vendors like painting contractors and dealing with closing matters was invaluable as I tried to juggle a sale and purchase 350 miles apart. We have recommended him to our friends that have had success as well. Perfect service! I live out of state & because of that on days I scheduled a repair or needed a provider to gain access to the home Gene would step in to assist to be there to open the home for handyman services and to do whatever it took for a successful experience.
