I was so glad I hired her because my experience working with Genevieve was top notch. She guided me flawlessly through the whole process from the start to the end. My condo was under agreement for sale in 2 days! I made a larger profit than I expected and closed in 30 days. I would definitely work with Genevieve again without hesitation.

I move a lot for my profession and Gen was far and away the best Realtor I have worked with. I worked with her on both the purchasing and the selling side of things and I can tell you she is great at both. If you are looking for a real estate agent to help you with listing your house than look no further than Genevieve Botelho.

We had the pleasure of listing our house with Genevieve when my mother decided to sell. The process could not have been more smooth, from the first time Genevieve met with my mother to discuss how she handles the process of developing the price to list the house for, the marketing of the house and finally any open houses and showings. She came prepared with thoughts on a listing price, comps, market data and trends. The research that Genevieve had done prior to the open house resulted in the sale of my mothers home in 10 days, and at full ask. My mother could not have been happier!

Selling your home can be a daunting and stressful process, you need someone with a true sense of the market. You also need someone who has compassion and understands how emotional of a process this can be for the seller and is able to calmly guide their client through the process. To quote my mother “ From the first moment I met Genevieve I knew she was the right person to sell the house, not only did she make me feel like she truly cared, she made me feel like I was family.”

I truly cannot praise Genevieve enough! This isn’t the first time we’ve worked with her and, once again, she worked miracles for us. We wanted to move back to MA from TX and found a few houses we liked. The day after coming back from a warm weather trip, she toured a semi completed new construction for us… climbing through the snow and in the door that didn’t have stairs yet. She walked through the unheated house and did her best to show us the back yard. It was perfect! She contacted the builder, negotiated a reasonable price and down payment and coordinated everything! She even did regular video checking so we could see the progress. I wouldn’t have had the confidence to buy a house unseen it if not for Genevieve. She is truly amazing at her job: she goes above and beyond what a typical realtor provided and truly cares about each of her clients. My husband and I completely trust her and can’t imagine using anyone else.

I give Genevieve Botelho a five star plus. When she first stepped into my home I was ready for a cash settlement. I had no idea what my home was worth. After she did a walk through we sat down to discuss what she thought what it was worth. Genevieve looked right at me and said I’m not offering you a cash settlement I can get you a lot more for your home and that’s just what she did. After the huge open house she put on within days the offers came in. She was by my side through the whole selling process. Thanks to her honesty and professionalism I couldn’t be happier. Genevieve has been amazing. She has helped us buy and sell our first condo and then when we were buying our first and probably forever house. She walked is through the process each time, fought for is to get the best deal both buying and selling, and eased every worry we had. Without a doubt, Genevieve is the absolute best! This is actually the second time that we worked with Genevieve. Two years ago, she sold our unsellable condo and helped us find an amazing house for an amazing deal. So, when needed to sell and buy again, we knew exactly who to call: our friend Genevieve. I call her our friend because that's exactly what she feels like-- a person who we could trust to have our backs and have a great time with (we laughed together a lot)! We needed to sell our current home and buy a new home during a during a very complicated and scary time in the housing market, but Genevieve was there to guide us through. We were extremely, beyond-words pleased with Genevieve Botelho. Not only does she present herself as highly professional but with excellent knowledge of the real estate market trends and the entire process. Genevieve kept us well informed during the process. We generally always sold our homes by ourselves. We knew that the COVID-19 process would need to be dealt with in a different manner. Genevieve arranged the selling process very professionally, The photographer used state of the art drones on the exterior photographs and did a beautiful and professional job with the interior shots. Genevieve also had a extremely professional staff agent assist in the open-house. They sold our home in a day, well above the asking price. The process was done in a timely manner. Genevieve was amazing, as anyone attempting to buy a home in the current market will attest, it's a struggle. We worked with her for over a year looking for our perfect home. Working with Lamacchia and Genevieve specifically was a great experience. We both sold and then bought with her as out agent. Her knowledge of the market was what first caught my attention. Her up beat personality clicked with us both immediately. From there, with her knowledge and a relationship established, Genevieves attention to detail, and especially at this time, handling of the all the correct covid procedures, made this process one that could not have gone smoother or safer. We have bought and sold a number of houses and we have not had an agent as on top of it from beginning to end, and willing to go the extra miles (as we were pretty open to location) as Genevieve. She worked great with our lawyers and all parties involved in the transactions. I don't know how she does it, as she treated us like we were her only client (and we were not, it was a hot market).
