Genevieve Concannon

Genevieve Concannon brings over fifteen years of real estate experience in residential construction and multi-million dollar sales to her clients. A highly sought after manager and top-producing agent in boutique firms across Northern Virginia, Genevieve has managed and cultivated complex real estate relationships within the DC Metro area. She held a portfolio of upwards of $79mm in volume while simultaneously recruiting, training and mentoring top real estate professionals.

She consistently proves herself as a driving force behind the region’s top boutique brokerages and delivers leading-edge results in construction management, green building, planning and sales. Genevieve recognizes the passion and dedication it takes to build - and understands what homeownership truly means.

Showing a proven commitment to her clients, she is also active in giving back to the communities in which she's involved. Active in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors’ (NVAR) Policy and Reform Committee, Legislative Review Task Force and 2015 Leadership Academy, and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, Genevieve knows her community. Genevieve is a 2016 Leadership Arlington classmate, serves as secretary for the Nauck Revitalization Organization, and is also a longtime fundraiser for the Arlington Food Assistance Center. She is also a strong advocate of environmental, sustainability and energy programming. Genevieve has acted as a member of the 2016 and 2017 NVAR Board of Directors and continues to be a top industry professional.

Genevieve holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, where she
graduated with Honors. She and her husband, Drew a privacy attorney for the Federal Government, moved to Northern Virginia from Texas with their rambunctious dogs Rosco (an Aussie mix) and GusGus (a Sato straight from Puerto Rico). They live in Lake Barcroft, where they enjoy the lake, and getting out into the foothills of the Shenandoah for hikes and exploring new fun foodie options and hiking locations together.
