I had an exceptional experience with Genice! Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and dedication to finding the perfect home for my family was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond and made this a smooth buying process. She answered all of our questions whenever we had them and she was always available for us when we wanted to see a new property. I felt like she genuinely cared about us as if we were her own family! If you're looking for the best realtor in South Carolina you need to call Genice! I wish I could give her 10 stars!

Genice was the absolute best realtor ever! As a first time home buyer, it was nerve wrecking. However, Genice calmed my nerves every time, she explained everything in multiple ways until I understood, she had encouraging words, she was always there to immediately answer my phone calls, texts and emails. There's so much more to say but I'll just say she made us feel like family and we are forever grateful for her helping us find our home and getting us everything we needed and more! Even after closing, she was still going above and beyond in many ways and even checked on us after our first night in our new home. All that being said, if you need a realtor, Genice is the way to go!

Genice is an amazing realtor that knows her stuff. She walked us through step-by-step and also took the time out to know the needs of our family in order to find the perfect home.
